We believe that such an ornate collection must be accompanied by Gift Boxes that accentuate the creations themselves. As always every detail of our product is of utmost importance to us, just as is our Customer Service has been in developing such closeness with our customers so we may continue to grow with you in the years to come.

The Volpino  Watch is warranted to you the owner, for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse, and excludes batteries, case, strap or bracelet. Any implied warranties are also limited to 1 (one) year from date of original purchase.

In the event of a defect or malfunction within this period, it will be repaired or replaced, at our option, provided that it is returned with a check or money order for $15.00 to cover the cost of shipping and handling. (This is not a repair charge.)

This shall be your exclusive remedy and Volpino ® shall not be liable for any incidental, economic, or consequential damages from the failure or malfunction of this watch.While this warranty gives you specific legal rights, any other rights may differ from state to state.WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT GET YOUR WATCH OR LEATHER STRAP WET BEING THAT THIS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY ENTIRELY.

Volpino ® Jewelry Represents the Best of Italian Design and Hand Crafting of materials accompanied with the illumination of "CRYSTALLIZED SWAROVSKI ® ELEMENTS" which make each item ornately distinct.

Volpino ® Jewelry has a full warranty. Online Orders

Please note that on all online orders when a select shipping time frame is selected such as 2nd day or overnight this can only be done so if the item ordered is in stock, if the item ordered is unavailable at the time the order is placed it will be shipped with the same shipping instructions upon receipt in our warehouse and no refund will be given for the selected shipping instructions sent through our system. Also Please note these orders cannot be reversed as they will be given priority over ground shipments and cannot be returned unless there is a factory defect only.

Holiday Shipments

Please note for all major Holidays such as Christmas, New Years,Valentines Day, Easter etc. that we MUST have ALL RUSH ORDERS in our warehouse in ample time for delivery and will take no responsibility for late orders at this time. We are under GREAT Demand during this time and ALL Holiday orders MUST be placed NO LATER than Dec. 18th. Thank you

Return Policy

All of our Online Customers are able to exchange their items with another one for the equal value within 5 days of the original date of purchase. Call us at 904.264.8808 to receive a return authorization number and return the item, carefully packed and insured to :

  Please note ALL returns MUST be Authorized and you will be charged a 20% restocking fee unless specific circumstances have been discussed with our Customer Service Staff and authorized. All the fees for handling and shipping will be paid by the customer and all the exchanges will not be applied to items with special discount or outlet or Limited Edition.

 Volpino does not accept cancellations of orders placed either online, email, telephone,fax or tradeshow. In order to keep our prices low, we cannot offer cancellations. Once an order has been placed, the credit card that is issued will be charged upon shipment and the process cannot be reversed. However, we do offer the option of returning one item for a store credit or an exchange only if the item has a factory defect ( which must be returned upon receipt ) also we can not exchange any items that have been worn.

International Orders
Please also follow our standard online ordering procedures as previously stated, and follow our specific procedures below to insure that you get your product in a timely manner.

1. Correct contact information. International orders will be shipped only to the credit card billing address once it has been confirmed. If your credit card issuer will not verify your address, we will request more information, or other means of payment.
2. Please include the Customer Service number for your credit card, including the country code for that phone number. Also indicate the country of origin. You can enter all of this information on the "Comments" section when you check out your order.
3. All international orders will be shipped via UPS/FEDEX/DHL. We will provide you with a tracking number and insurance. Taxes and Duties are not included for International orders these must be paid by you the receiver. Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
4. International Orders can be returned for an exchange only unless the item is defective. All charges incurred will be the responsibility of the Customer.
5. If an international order is returned or refused because the recipient was unavailable at the time of delivery or chose to refuse the shipment there will be NO refund of purchase or shipping fees implied as these charges are paid by the company before the shipment departs for its destination. Please make sure ALL address information given is done so correctly as we will not be responsible for incorrect address information.
