How do I return an item?
Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Thank you.

Volpino ® Jewelry has a Warranty in the event of a defect within 1 (one) month from original date of purchase. The item will be repaired or replaced (which if not a factory defect ie. broken by carelessness, water damage etc. your customer will assume responsibility for cost) at our discretion. If there is a defect with an item after the 1 (one) month period you may call for an RA# which will be sent via fax or email with the RA form that must be filled out and sent back to us before an item can be sent in for repair.


Please Note: If we do not receive the RA Form and or there is no request for an RA# our warehouse will not accept any items randomly sent in for repair and they will be refused and returned to the shipper.

To ensure proper ethics are incurred herein to not allow this courtesy to be "taken advantage of" we must unfortunately offer this courtesy in such a manner. Also due to sanitary reasons the repair of any damaged brassierre is not offered for hygienic purposes.

This excludes ALL "discounted" items, any purchase made in this area is sold as final sale merchandise and is excluded from any additional services offered.

Please Note: In the event your return item is not received or lost we will not be responsible for the loss as the item must be sent to us in a traceable manner.

Volpino ® shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages from the failure or malfunction of this item as well as items that have been worn abusively.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse, and excludes the Swarovski ® Crystal .
